Your culinary journey begins with a comfortable minivan transfer from the meeting point to our scenic location nestled in the hills of Sorrento. Upon arrival, your Authentic Neapolitan Pizza Class starts with a refined tasting of local olive oils, perfectly paired with a glass of excellent local wine to welcome you to our farm.
Under the guidance of a professional Pizzaiuolo, you will dive into the history of this iconic dish, which dates back to the early 18th century. You will learn how to prepare the perfect dough from scratch, discovering the most important secrets of the real Neapolitan recipe: the right hydration, the choice of sea salt, and the long rising time required for digestibility.
During this hands-on workshop, everyone will prepare their own pizza, stretching the dough by hand using the traditional “schiaffo” technique. You will then fill it with a variety of high-quality ingredients, from San Marzano tomatoes to fresh local mozzarella. The magic concludes at the wood-fired oven, where your creation will bake to perfection in just 90 seconds. To end the Authentic Neapolitan Pizza Class on a sweet note, you will enjoy a homemade Tiramisu for dessert before our driver takes you back to the meeting point.
