Our tour continues by showing our guests the modern and traditional machinery involved in winemaking and creating the final product. During the Sorrento Wine Tasting Experience, we explain the various names and labels, why they exist, and what strict rules are required to be followed by the competent bodies to ensure excellence.
Understanding the “behind the scenes” of a winery makes the final sip even more special. You will learn about the DOC and IGT classifications that protect the heritage of Italian wines.
Finally, we accompany our guests to our exclusive tasting corner. Surrounded by elegant French barriques, you will immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere. This part of the Sorrento Wine Tasting Experience includes a guided tasting of 5 carefully chosen Campania wines: 3 refreshing whites and 2 bold reds.
To enhance the flavors, the wines are served with a rich tasting of local cured meats and cheeses. It is a true sensory escape that celebrates the best of our land. This experience is the perfect indoor activity and can be easily combined with our Sorrento Walking Tour.
